Shipping Policy

How Our Products Are Made & Shipped PALs Medical Visuals products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printify, our third-party print fulfillment partner. Each item is made specifically for your order and shipped directly from Printify's production facilities.

Processing Time Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days. Production typically takes an additional 2–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery time estimates begin once the order leaves the Printify facility. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays We are not liable for shipping delays caused by Printify, carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at palmedicalvisuals@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
